Therapies
Internal Family Systems (IFS) views the mind as made up of different “parts”, each with its own feelings, beliefs, and roles. In IFS, we gently get to know these parts, including those that carry pain or fear, and help them heal so you can feel more grounded, compassionate, and whole.
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a structured, trauma-focused therapy that helps the brain reprocess distressing memories. By using bilateral stimulation (such as guided eye movements), EMDR can reduce the emotional intensity of past experiences so they have less power over your present.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) focuses on the links between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. It offers clear, practical strategies for noticing unhelpful patterns, testing them out, and building more balanced ways of thinking and responding in everyday life.
Psychodynamic therapy explores the deeper emotional patterns and relationship templates that often originate in early experiences. By bringing these unconscious dynamics into awareness, you can understand yourself more fully and begin to make different choices in the present.
